The JTK (STK) series oil diffusion vacuum pump unit is the main equipment used to obtain high vacuum (10-2-10-5pa). It is given priority to with oil diffusion pump, pump and valve water baffle, piping, mechanical vacuum pump (pump) and so on high vacuum extraction system, can obtain vacuum (10-2-10-4 pa) work. 

The characteristics of 

The diffuser pump is characterized by a high suction capacity, which can be selected from 190L/S to 49000L/S and can be continuously worked for long periods of time. It is widely used in high-tech fields such as electronics, chemical industry, metallurgy, aviation, aerospace, materials, bio-medicine, atomic energy and cosmic exploration. Like various vacuum furnaces, vacuum coating equipment, vacuum drying and drying equipment etc.
